The Wall, Redux (11-21-2015)

Chloe really has wanted too see the Great Wall of China for herself for some time now.  We relented, largely because we wanted to share that part of her original culture with her.  Partly because of the beauty of the Great Wall.  Little did we imagine the temperatures of the previous few weeks would drop this week and we would have a snowy trek.

Still, it began prettily enough.

These two should be switched, the buildings were on the way out...

However, the closer we got the more snow we saw.

 We finally made it.  Chloe was super stoked and she had a great time.

 Who knew it would be so foggy and cold?  Still, we had a good time.  Chloe may have left the first documented snow angel on the Wall...I'm so proud of her! (See previous Wall post for pic)
